Latoya is the Owner of Elle Ross Salon & Company where she offers natural hair care, extensions (Elle Ross Luxury Line), and a luxurious salon experience for the community. She began her career as a braider in the 6th grade and has continued to service some of the same clients.
Latoya attended the Gene Juarez Academy of Beauty and completed her training at BJ’s Beauty and Barber College. She has been in business for years and has big plans with her company to expand her business by coaching and teaching others how to start, sustain and scale their salon business.
Latoya has began speaking and coaching across Washington with schools including Annie Wright Schools, Pierce College, and hosting women’s conferences!
Latoya is excited to share her expertise in salon sustainability across the globe!
